For the most part everyone on here has given this place a bad review and I TOTALLY agree with them! All the complaints are pretty similar: The staff are small minded control freaks who couldn't reason their way out of a paper bag.

When we moved in it took a month and a half to fix a dryer that ruined several of our clothes because they kept getting caught and burned, I have two babies and it's hard to keep up with laundry much less with one machine broken, also, our kitchen faucet was broken, I mean it literally fell off and sprayed water everywhere, we had to be careful how we turned it on, because it was also not fixed until a month and a half later.

the only reason it was fixed is because after being told "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow" I finally didn't take 'No" for an answer, I told them Lowes was right across the street, get a faucet and put it in! They still told me they had to drive all the way across town to pick up the part, and two handy men had to go get it, I'm sure several other people that had things that needed fixing were SOL that day! The most recent post said that it sounded like a disgruntled employee, I don't think so.

I spoke with a gentleman in the parking lot who was complaining about the staff and their lack of service, by the end of the conversation there were about five or six of us standing around trading stories about the staff's poor service and the slow reaction to getting things fixed in our apartments.

PEM the company that owns this place would do well to actually look at this site and the complaints and get off their complacent asses and actually DO something about it.

I am a reasonable person who is more than willing to discuss things, and will understand if there is a real reason that something is happening; however, the women who work here are either totally inconsiderate and mean spirited or simply sweet, but stupid! By the way, is it possible to start paying attention to all the dog poo left around here' I have cleaned up my share, and I don't even have a dog! The grounds keepers need to be on it, the staff needs to start enforcing any rules about that, and the other tenants need to be more considerate!
