I have lived here almost a year and cannot wait to move.

I had to put in my first maintenance request upon my arrival.

I would like to state that to date the items are still not fixed.

I have requested that maintenence not enter my apt w/o permission, not a big deal since someone is home most of the time.

But they always wait until we leave to enter.

Also they started this new thing where you make appts to have things fixed (like the cable company), novel idea, yeah right, since not only do they not show up, but after you've just wasted 4hrs waiting for them, they call 2hrs later to tell you they can't make it (no duh), then they show up randomly some time later in the week, knocking on your door as if you should be ecstatic to see them.

Did I mention none of the stuff they fix ever works properly for more than 2 weeks or so.

To be fair to the maintenance staff, they are understaffed for such a large cmplx, plus the cheap fixtures and appliances doesn't make their job any easier.
The staff however is very polite, they just don't communicate.

So don't expect to call the office, speak to anyone outsd of maintenance, and expect your work order to be entered or even given to the maintenance staff.

Oh, the insect issue is horrible, they have roaches, yes roaches.

Those didn't start until this year.

Also I've lived in AZ for 5 years, never saw a scorpion until I moved into this cmplx.

I've found atleast 6 in my apartment this year, the spraying they do doesn't help.

Parking-My space is on the opposite side of the complex from my apt, I've asked for a closer space, had 3 neighbors move out w/close spaces, was promised one, still haven't gotten it.
Oh and the complex has this horrible smell now, not sure if it's the water or the dumpsters that are always full.
Huge complex 1 pool, major problem.

I've caught on sev occassions ppl behaving inappropriately in the pool.

2 naked women and on another occasion a couple in the mid of the day in the pool simulating sex, a staff member had to stop them, and yes there were children present.
If you value your safety, sanity and cleanliness DON"T MOVE HERE!
