We have lived here 8 months and this is terribly run complex. We have had issues over many different things so far and none have hardly been resolved. The management doesn't care what people think, as long as they are getting their money every month. They installed large speed bumps about every 10 feet (probably because all of the young and ignorant kids living here that were speeding), but it was an overkill in my opinion. There are people revving their engines all the time, day and night, the management doesn't care about that, either. The management came up with a poor parking policy that is ridiculous that they changed after we moved in. One apartment can only have 1 parking place. We questioned that and was told they have more apartments rented than they have parking spots, and there's nothing they could do. That seems rather stupid to me. You can pay your bill on time and still receive a threatening letter attached to your door because they are too inept to handle the billing. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. STAY AWAY FROM PEM PROPERTIES.

Could not agree more. This place is horrible, and Paul E. Mashni (a/k/a Mr. P.E.M.) is a thief.
