I have lived at "The Club" for about 9 months and I love it here. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and very helpful, they have monthly events for us residents that are always fun, and the grounds are beautiful. I would recommend living here, it's a great place.

This sounds like a "review" that someone in the office would make. If you're really a resident, just wait until you move out and they not only steal your deposit but charge you more!
