I was going to rent at Versante however the Manager and her "team" are unprofessional and they lack knowledge.
I noticed that no one had an idea on dates for new buildings, the pool to open, assigned parking and so forth.
I was annoyed that the Manager was wearing red patent leather 4 inch high heels with tattoos and gaucho pants while showing me the property- I thought this is the Manager that I will need to go to when problems arise- I don't think so.
Keep looking around I found another great new place just down the road-west of the golf course "Coldwater Springs".
What a difference!

This sounds like it was written by some one at Coldwater?
What does it matter if she has tattoos or not? I am sure she would be able to handle your issues just as effectively with or with out tattoos. I work at one of Versante's competitors, not Coldwater Springs. I admit I have shopped both properties and CURRENTLY Coldwater's staff is much more knowledgable about their product than Versante's, but Versante is a bit newer too, don't you think there should be so consideration given to the fact that every person in the office is brand new? Most probably new to the company not just the community. So open your mind a little. Realize that not everyone is as perfect as you!

I think the Manager is nice and VERY knowledgable. She has helped my a few times and yes she does have 1 tatoo on her foot but I have never seen here in 4 inch RED shoes.

What does tattoos have to do with your work. If you got o different jobs other people have tattoos. Famous people have tattoos and... I think the person that wrote this has a close mind and I feel sorry for them. Open your mind you are in a new generation. And i don't mind that the manager has tattoss or wears 4 inch high heels alongs she does her job, don't you think. I don't know why there are so many ignoran people?

I totally agree, what the heck does her tattoo or what she wears have to do with how she does her work. This is one crappy frickin review, sorry. It didn't help at all with my decision in renting this apt.

The manager has always been very helpful to me, better than any I've ever had. After one week of living here, she knew my name and apt # but wasn't even here when we viewed the place or signed the lease. She has been extremely helpful when there was a crack underneath my front door and in offering other services to me, like the bug spraying and free cookies!!
