Coldwater springs, NO! I know someone who lived there and that place is horrible. Her husband was being deployed and she was going to move back closer to her parents and the apartment charged her $11,000 for breaking the lease! Ridiculous, she solved the problem and it went down to $300. Plus, about a year ago there was a huge shooting there and the news was there with helicopters and police everywhere. Over there by the golf course is not a nice place to live. During the day it's nice and pretty but at night its the "projects". She also saw an elder golfer with three other men and he was peeing in the golfcourse, drinking a beer and she called him a pig.

I have lived here at Versante for about three months and nothing has gone wrong. We had a problem with our front door and the maintenance man fixed it promptly. There is no assigned parking but it doesn't matter because there is more than enough spaces. The pool is open 24 hours and it is very nice and has a luxorious feeling to it. All of the office staff are very nice and I don't see a problem with this place at all. I feel very safe and there are no annoying neighbors or loud music. VERY NICE! Another thing, I love everything about inside of the apartment too, I have a one bedroom and I love all of the light fixtures and the overall floorplane. And no, they are not paying me to write this.

Your speaking of The Club at Coldwater Springs. I live next door at the new property- Coldwater Springs and it's great. I think it depends on how well a property is ran and this place is awesome (they aren't paying me to say it). I don't know about any weird golfers urinating or acting absurd. I feel the further west you head the newer and nicer the town gets (to some degree). I think Versante is nice however the apartments are small and the office staff was a joke when when we visited. The Manager was the worst which scared me off-if she is the one I go to when problems arise then no thank you. I am glad to hear you have had better luck there then my first impression however it seems that you stand alone.
