Ok ok enough with the bs....Versante is one of the best apartment communities i have lived in so far. the staff is really friendly and also professionals at the same time, they try to do anything for the satisfaction of their residents and future prospect as well. Now someone says that they dont have assigned parking....haha they do. maybe if you would read your newsletters you would know that. They also hand out a tow card entitling you to your spot so that if someone is parked in your spot you can tow them at their exspense. Im tired of seeing reviews about versante stating that its bad and no one does any thing....please they are the only community that i know that has courtsey patrol 7 DAYS A WEEK, they try to get everyone involved with a crime free program so that every one knows to call the non emergency number for suspicious actions and noise complaints....and if you don't know the number it's 623-333-7000! Versante is the best.... they do resident gatherings every month, they also have that in the newsletter that comes out every 1st of the month with other events that they will be doing for the month as well! Every wednesday they have movie day from 3-6pm. i have never heard or seen and apartment community do such things. and no they do not just let anyone live here they have a what they told me a qualification process, which you all should know if you really do live here! Versante has an awesome office staff and the maintenance staff is awesome!!! residents are so friendly here; no one has ever been rude. yea so what if people argue and have problems thats normal, call the cops if your so scared. There is assigned parking now but for a long time there wasn't, you should check the dates that people post reviews. About the newsletter, I think the last time I got it was for December. I am really glad that you have had a nice experience here but many haven't, that is why people write these reviews, to give opinions about where they live. You saying that it is bs is just rude. And yes they do let anyone live here, take a walk around the complex and maybe you will see what I mean. On calling the cops...I don't need to they are here every night. About the office and maintenance wait until something goes wrong with your apartment and it takes 3 times to ask them, then you might understand what people are going through. Like I said you are really lucky to have had such a wonderful experience living here.

If you read into this original post...its so obvious that either a member of Versante's Staff or the TORE up Manager wrote this. For them to be posting phone numbers and schedules..come on. You're not fooling anyone. Just ANOTHER reason I can't wait until my lease is up. This place is getting..GOTTEN ghetto. Hint..you should see their MYSPACE profiles. The staff should be fired for the stuff they do. Also, does the Leasing Agent who has 4 kids from 4 different daddies still working here?

That was a really good review then reading more on, the comments, wow the drama here. Wow. these apts. look soooo luxurious and have a gr8 price! I really am thinking of moving here. NIce one! how about the comment on the 5/4. you should know if YOU still work there or not!!! And I would luv to see their myspace profiles but they are PRIVATE. so oviously your comments are personal and really have nothing to do with living here since you dont and never have- you have it out for them being as they still work @ Versante and you don't. But it can't be to GETTO or you wouldn't work out in the fitness center at night now would you! PLEASE- why dont you spend some time with your babys instead of just makeing more for my tax dollers to pay for- So happy you nolonger work here. Happy resident now!
