The property looks so upscale that I was afraid I couldn't afford to live there but I was wrong. The rents are so reasonable and the apartments are so nice and new-I can't wait to live here! Plus the office staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend checking out Versante before you rent anywhere else.

wait untill you live here! They have many low life people here. They trash the place. You can not go to the pool after dark. Dogs crap all over the place, and no one cleans it up. Cars that need to be towed are still here. Gates are broken half the time. Parking is crazy. It looks good on the outside, but look harder.

The person who posted all of the positive ratings about this apartment complex is clearly someone from the office..My guess is the so called manager who does NOTHING all day long and very unprofessional..everytime I walk into the clubhouse the reps are always talking about their babies daddy's and personal problems. Also one of the reps was fired due to a relation with a drug ring that was busted just a few months ago...what does that tell you...the manager is very unprofessional manager had a petition going around trying to get the renters to sign it To keep the rep that was involed with the drug charges...How about that... I would never ever refer anyone to live in these apartments...If you don't give a f*** about anything than maybe you will love it here or work for the manager!!!!! Good luck if you recently signed with this complex.

This person must have been having a bad day, the staff at the community does a great job of keeping the coplex clean, not to mention they are always right on top of taking care of any work orders I put in. As far as the cars go when I moved in they gave me a card with the number to the towing company.

I agree....all the positive posts have to be office staff. If someone enjoys living here there is something seriously wrong with them. The manager IS a moron. As long as I have lived here she has never helped me with a problem. The only one up there that can almost help you with something is Stephanie, and that is only sometimes, if your lucky. The new girls up there are just as bad as the manager. Rude and know absolutly nothing. When I tell people I live here they say "oh the nice ones" and I say no, it looks nice on the outside but it is a nightmare to live here and my neighbors are scum bags. Everytime I go into the office another poor person is signing a lease. I wish this sh*** place upon no one. About the girl that got fired I didn't know why she did but good to know now, I never saw the petition either.

WOW!!! Whoever wrote these responses needs to get their sh** straight before they go and start writing things that are not even true. First of all let me say the rep that was "fired" for being involved in a drug ring still works for the company just at another property. Second the girls upfront do not even have any kids to be talking about babies daddy's. I have never had a problem with the girls in the office but then again i pay my rent on time and i never expect more than anyone else. Maybe you should give that a try!!
