I am so disappointed with Versante. I was very happy for the first few months, but I was just being optimistic. My neighbor was a drug dealer, and it smelled like meth- but they moved quickly. My other neighbor treated me to concert practice every night. It was waaaay over priced, and sketchy things were always happening- i.e. people racing through the neighborhood in the middle of the night, drunk drivers, underaged drinking all over the place, people yelling at you from their balconies, barking dogs. On top of that, the security gates were open for several consecutive months, and then my car was broken into and destroyed. Apparently I was not the only one- the cops told me it happened to a bunch of residents there. The people up front are nice in general, but if you need something done, good luck. The managers and owners are rude and condescending. The salespeople are dingy. Maintenance is slow as hell. I moved out in mid 2009, and I'm so happy to have found a place bigger, cheaper, and waaaaaaaaaaaay safer and quiet. I will say that the majority of the problems seemed to happen in one area of the complex, which I happened to live in. You might get lucky...
