So... Where Do I begin.... Since I moved into these so called luxury apartments ------ has been nothing but RUDE!!!! ------ is the ------- at Versante Apartments, she doesn't know anything about being a ------- much less being a woman. She's quick to charge fees and accuse you of being a liar, however she will have your car towed or tack on extra fees to your monthly rent then explain to you that she doesn't know how to explain how these fees occured however its in your rental agreement to pay them. If you don't or you try to dispute them she will threaten you by saying "I will have my attorney contact you!" This woman should be a ------- for a strip club not an apartment complex, but apparently it doesn't take much to maintain this position.
As for the drug problem here... She says crime has no address but apparently CRIME is drawn to Versante and she does nothing about it other than covering the tracks. The gates are always "broken" only at night after 10PM and especially on weekends. Hmmmm... Clearly something is going on... As for the employee being involved with the drug charges, I heard the same thing...
My conclusion is that ------ has friends or family member that works for coporate because anytime any one calls to complain about this -----...No one does anything about it. I really don't understand how she has a job as a ------- when she doesn't have any type of education. ------ is the worst person I have ever met and I'm glad I have moved out and I will never ever rent from this place again. ------ I know you will read this and I hope that you realize what kind of person you are... You need to either stand down from your position or change your current attitued because its only going to get worst from here... Word of advise to anyone considering moving here... Visit the complex at night, drive through it!!! Or better yet.. Meet ------... Don't be fooled by her fakeness... Ask lots of questions and if she can't answer them.. don't be surprised... or if your a man.. she will just act like a complete ----- around you... Be smart!!!

That's nothing, @ a month ago I was at the pool with my kids and the police showed up. They arrested 2 young men and when they searched them, they found a loaded 9mm pistol. I say about a dozen kids and a loaded pistol with beer good combination, and best thing about this they didn't even live here...take your life and your kids life in your own hands, because management does not have your back!!!!!!

it is very unfortunate that versante is so dangerous, because it is beautiful. this place is in serious need of new management before it gets worse. my car was broken into and destroyed because we went out of town, and the back security gate was open 24/7 for months. that is, of course, a breach of contract on their end... but i dont have the money for an attorney and all that jazz. i had to buy a new car. they dont care about their renters, and i pity anyone who rents there.

I have a comment regarding the comment that was made about the kids having a 9mm gun at the pool. I also was at the pool that day and as soon as management found out about the gun at the pool the police were there within a matter of minutes and they were arrested. so by you saying that they dont have your back i think is a bunch of crap. if they didn't have your back then why would they call the cops. its an apartment community people and seriously stuff happens all the time at apartments. if you dont like it then rent a house and quit bitching!!!!

I think being rated number 2 in crime out of the apartments in Avondale, especially considering this apartment is supposed to be a luxury and secured apartment, is DEFINITELY a reason to raise some hell.
