I have been at Versante for a few months and let me tell you compared to the community I just came from this place is amazing. Of course anyone knows that if you live in apartment community you are going to have something happen but as long as management takes care of it, its great. There are so many people in an apartment community ---- is going to happen. Get over it. Its maintenance free living. If you dont believe me rent or buy a house and stop expecting people to be at your beck in call.

Live here longer. Have something go wrong with your car getting broke in to or have a problem with safety,noise or maintenance problem. It will take some time if at all for things to change.Yes crime is every where,but you can stop it if you are a strong manger and have your tenants know the rules, follow the rules or your out..

Its also not maintane free living when they tell you to take of it yourself. Buying a house, its your property, and your responsibility. You know what's wrong, why, and have the power to take care of it. You don't have to worry about what the Tom, ----, and Harry who lived in your apartment before you did to it.
