I have lived at Versante apartments for over a year now, and yes the apartments LOOK nice, but the quality is not worth what you are paying. When you move into a gated luxury apartment you expect certain things. Security, for example, yet almost anyone can get in that gate because it allows more than one car at a time to enter, or is never closed, or just broken.Also, My husband saw several people from the houses or apartments behind Versante jumping the fence. Sure, we have a person patrolling, but really, what is one person on a bike going to do' You also don't expect to move in and find paint spots in your bathroom, hallway, kitchen, and living room, especially in a new apartment that has not been lived in. The pool is nice, but when little children are eating cheetos in the pool, I just can't bring myself to swim in it again.
Some people who move into this complex do look like they should be living somewhere else. I have seen people publicly fighting. There have been people smoking weed literally right outside of our apartment, and when Versante was called they said there was nothing they could do about it. Not to mention that the televisions that were in the fitness center were stolen, by a Versante resident, last Christmas. I was told they knew it was a resident because there was no breaking and entering. Someone used a key card to get in. So shady people definitely do live here.

The staff is nice, but I know they frequently charge people the wrong amounts for rent... which they correct and credit you, or expect you to pay them back for however much their mistake was.
The lighting by the mailboxes have been out for months. One of the new neighbors moved in with a child, and we can hear that child very well. Our other neighbors have a clock that constantly goes off, and we can hear that clearly. You can easily hear if anyone is playing music. I can only imagine what it's like to live downstairs and all of the things you'd hear.
Overall, for the prices of the apartments, it is just not worth what you get in several areas.
