I lived at Versante for two years. I have seen this place go from brand new, nice apartments to just another crummy apartment complex in Avondale. I was not planning on renewing my lease again. Right before it was time for us to leave something negative happened to us. We told the manager Amanda and of course she didn't care what so ever. We ended up leaving before the lease was up because I couldn't take living there anymore, we were uncomfortable and legitimately scared, which Amanda didn't care about either. Before this incident, I did not feel safe living there at all and was counting down the days to leave, I couldn't afford to break my lease for $4,000 . All of the neighbors were rude and unfriendly, I smelt pot constantly, and no one had respect for your property (your vehicle). I know they aren't responsible for our cars but Amanda says she can't do anything about a problem unless she is told. I told Courtney (I think thats her name or Heather') that I was having issues with the people who were parked next to me, she doesn't remember this now and it doesn't matter because they won't do anything about it anyways. Amanda is convinced there is a security officer roaming the parking lot doing something. Even after I moved out I heard of cars getting stolen and broken into. The police officer that came out for our incident told us that they get alot of calls there for car related incidents.

The office staff doesn't care about anything except for their rent check. The only one that was ever nice to us and solved a problem was Stephani, she pretty much runs the office. When I had a question Amanda and other staff had to call her to ask her. Stephani should be the manager.

I've seen bums going though the garbage, people rapping outside at 4:30 in the morning, I could hear my neighbor taking a piss through the wall and yelling at their kids, maintenance was a horrible experience, there was a broken light outside for the entire 2 years I lived there and was never fixed, but hey at lease the landscaping is nice. I could say ALOT more, but I feel like I'm ranting and what's the point. Don't live here unless you want your nice things ruined, to live with trash, and be constantly disrespected.

I totally agree...the versante staff is rude as all hell. Amanda needs to shove it... stupid unhelpful b*tch is what she is!!! These are the worst apartments ever, and all because the staff sucks!!! They screw military too!! What a way to thank the soldiers that fight for your freedom to be effin idiots!!!! btw amanda invest in some new makeup that will actually cover your acne instead of sink in the craters in your face!!!!
