Dumb, rude and obnoxious Staff!
Not to mention the woman thats called "Management"...she is even worse than all the other dumb hoe's in here.
They are not helpful at all, ignore you as soon as you actually need something.
We didnt have any hot water for TWO WEEKS, went in there several times (to the "management"!) but nothing happened.
First after freaking out and yelling at them they decided to make a quick phone call to the janitor...and thats all it took to get it fixed...then why the ---- would that take 2 weeks''''''''''''''''''''''''
Everything looks nice at the beginning, but then you see the cheap or non existing quality.
In our first week there some guy tried to sell me drugs at the pool and hitting on me though my husband was right next to me, while a bunch of kids were drinking alcohol on one of their pool partys here...drinking WITH the staff.
You can hear literally EVERYTHING thats going on everywhere around you.
Outside, the neighbours, the racings cars or drunken people laughing...
Cops have to come out here every couple weeks at the latest.
If you like this crap, go ahead, rent here.
Perfect for you.
But for people with a little dignity and better expectations...dont even consider it, dont let the ----- fool you.

I agree DON'T rent with versante the staff is beyond rude and totally misleading. They lied about the size of the apartment to me and I came from outta state!! Not to mention I am military, they screw the people that fight for them to be a-holes!!!
I will tell everyone how dishonest, disrespectful and uncivil the whole staff is at these apartments!!! THey will screw you anyway they can belive me they want to take me to court even though both parties never even signed the lease because we simply could not fit in the apartment that they described as "spacious"!!! LIARS!!!
