have been here for two years now. Rent is paid on time each month. But try to get something fixed, try hard, you may get someone after being without lights in the bathroom for several weeks. The air conditioner does not work right and it is 109 degrees outside. you ask for a new thermostat and two weeks later, nothing and it is almost 90 degrees in here. what to do' maybe threaten to not pay the next rent when it is due, but that means I will not get it fixed until at least the first of the month. The pool closes at the convenience of the manager now because she cannot get the light fixed in the pool. come on now. how much could that cost to put in a new bulb' may as well be living in the car. at least the air works good. I tell ya people, find another place besides this one. almost impossibe to keep the place cool. no insulation at all in the walls. the windows have fallen out twice now, they are so loose. then they break as they fall. it costs me 40 bucks each time so now I have them taped in so they will not fall out again. think twice befor renting here.
