I have lived here for 8 months now, it looks great on the outside and the leasing staff are very nice and personable. I find it frusterating that it is so hard to have anything repaired, it takes months to get anything done and the interior of my apartment could use some freshening up, such as old carpet and cabinets and outdated appliances including the air conditioner and furnace. The area is quiet and comfortable, but far from shopping and ammenities. For the price you can find better value else where in Bullhead if you look. If you are moving to the area consider apartments in Laughlin, there are many to choose from that are extremely well priced and well maintained.
