Yesterday evening my air conditioning went out. It was after 11 p.m. and I called the emergency maintenance man. He was at my apartment within a few minutes. The needed replacement parts were not on hand. When I spoke with the property manager this morning, she got right on the problem. It was less than 90 minutes after speaking to her that the tech was at my apartment, had obtained the needed replacement part, and had cold air blowing through my apartment. Now folks, that's pretty impressive. All the staff members at Stone Ridge have always been very friendly, helpful, and expedient when I've asked for anything. I really enjoy living here, and hope all the other residents do too.
