I had just been married. My mother and I went to look at the apartments because that is where my mother-in-law was living, the cratchety old ----- of a manager walked us around talking mainly to my mother only. She was nice to her of coarse, but when we got into the office to apply she had finally acknowledged what we had been telling her the whole time, that the apartment was going to be for me and my husband. We are in our 20's, obviously something she didn't like. She got extremely rude and told me there was no way we were going to get approved.
My mother and I left dissapointed and insulted and swore to tell every one we knew about our expierience. So here it is.
