Poorly maintained, bug infested inside and out, management is corupt and greedy, work orders take forever, Favorite residents do not have to pay rent or electric, Filled with drugs and crime. However the rent is dirt cheap. Office is always full of people so you have no privacy to conduct business. Overall not worth the cheap rent you will pay in other ways... new car tires from slashings lack of sleep due to noise...and cost to rid your home of roaches, fleas, earwigs and so forth.
