PROS: The apartments are nice, new and upscale.There is am awesome view of the sonoran desert. The price is good for the area and the area is quite nice.
CONS:Sadly, that desert is an ATV and dirt bike recreational area and the peace and quiet one sees while viewing the apartment is an illusion.
Also, this location is far north and remote by anyone's standards.
The phones didn't work when I moved in because the previous tenant had rewired them for computer use. I was told to contact Qwest and pay for the repairs myself.
Also, the management does have an attitude problem. The smallest request is met with a great deal of unnecessary conflict.
