Decent place, but overpriced

Find yourself another apartment with more room and better upgrades for the same price. I signed a short-term lease and ended up moving to Phoenix proper and saving $300 a month on a bigger apartment with much nicer cabinets, etc.
The materials and appliances are mediocre. What they sell you on is the beautiful pool and fitness center, but the apartments leave something to be desired. The business center is always broken and worthless.
Sure, the leasing agents are hot, but it's not worth it.

What you're paying for in Cave Creek is the peace and quiet. That is the main reason I'm moving there next month. Phoenix is the worst place I've ever lived and I can't wait to move out of the city...
