Response to "Be Warned" That is pretty low when an apartment manager tells a tenant to get rid of the animals. 3 is not a large number so I have to wonder what you tell your tenants if they happen to rescue a stray animal? I guess I won't be moving into your complex.

DOG PARK!! I have never lived in a more pet-friendly place. The apartment is gorgeous, the people are nice, the grounds are well-maintained, and the desert is just outside your door. What could be better?!

Decent place, but overpriced Find yourself another apartment with more room and better upgrades for the same price. I signed a short-term lease and ended up moving to Phoenix proper and saving $300 a month on a bigger apartment with much nicer cabinets, etc.

please view terra vista in the phoenix listings I can´t see how bad this place can be compared to terra vista see my opinion(also in cave creek, erroneously listed under the Phoenix listings) maybe at Azure Creek you can´t hear the guy below you snore.
