They where amazing - but I feel sorry for the people buying them. Ever since they have decided to turn into condos, the maintenence and staff have been less than pleasant. The grounds are now torn up and not taken very well care of in less than a few months. I am very dissapointed. Great Community - If you want a quite, very clean, immaculate, and awesome location, you need to move into San Palmas Apartments. They have a friendly helpful staff and the place has everything. Resort style pool, great gym, good neighbors. The two bedroom I have has best layout I have ever seen. I have lived here for 6 plus years - I have lived here for 6 plus years...I have had 1 problem with someone in another apartment and the office took care of it that very day..No more problems...If I have a need for a repair, which have been no more than 5, they were taken care of right away.
