My family and I haved lived here for over a year.I have lived in many places in the east valley so I right this with some experience. Chandler Place Apartment?s for the most part has been a very good experience.Kept up very well, Quiet at night and very good facilities which include 3 pools a weight room, a business center for all to use, and a couple play grounds for kid?s. C.P.A. just got new management and it is a improvement from previous mainly because they policed the parking lot like it was there job. They actually towed my car once because the tag expired. That has stopped with the new management. By the way lots of parking and it is first come first serve with plenty of covered. Move in special made it a very good deal with the first month free. Garages are available and the layouts are great with nice with 9ft ceilings,washer/dryer, and roman tubs in both baths. Pets are allowed on grounds and surprisingly not a problem at all.The rent here compared to other apt?s is very fair.

Apt.?s are next to the High School and rarely see kids around. Overall, I give it a very high 4.
