I read those last comments and i have no idea where these ppl must have been. I have lived at Chandler Place for a little over 2 years on the south side of the property. My car has been broken into twice by dad's car was broken into twice and actually stolen once. The grounds are never kept up. During the monsoon storms two huge trees were knocked over and lay across the sidewalks for 6 weeks before maintenance came to fix them then, instead of puling the dead tree out they cut the tree in half and forced the bottom half way back into the ground. So there are two very large sticks sideways surrounding the third pool. There are constantly people moving in and out of the units and something is always broken in the bathrooms. Location is very nice, staff is ok and apartment size is decent. I would look for bett though.
