I have lived here since July 2007. I moved here from Rochester, NY to go to school. I found Alante online. I called the community and the staff was very infomative and helpful. I was given all the help I needed to make this move from across the country comfortable. By the time I arrived I felt as though I knew the staff for years. I had one or two small maintenance issues upon move in but maintenance tended to me quickly. This is important to me because I've had issues in the past at other apartments. The landscaping always looks nice and the office staff takes care of me STILL. I highly recommend Alante. I referred two of my friends and I received rent credit for it! I never heard anything like that back in NY!
