My family and I lived at these apartments from November of 2007 until May of 2008. At the end of our lease, we were told and handed a document showing that we were to receive approximately $185 back from our deposit. It is now November 6, 2008. We have seen nothing. I have emailed the main headquarters located in Orange County, CA. I have called and left messages. We have spoken to the Assistant Manager and even filed a Better Business Bureau complaint that was transferred from the Phoenix office to the Orange County Office. Still nothing. I believe the Manager from the actual complex called a couple weeks back and gave us the same excuse. There is nothing that the local office can do and the payment must come from corporate. COME ON NOW! I have left messages at the corporate office and they call the manager up to call us and tell us that again they are doing nothing. Mind you also, this Property Management Company is located in several states. The service was of a mid-grade level when we lived there and then when you leave, get ready on what to expect. My next plan of action is to conact local media offices to see if I can get someone to run a story on this apartment complex and their parent location. I also believe I will start contacting the parent office in Orange County every hour on the hour. But guess what, it always goes to a voice message system. I can never get anyone to actually answer the phone. GO FIGURE!

Please write a letter to Gary Harper at 3 on Your Side. I wrote a letter because of the horrible experience we are having with them as well. They won't give us our deposit back either and are trying to keep a chunk of it for bogus charges. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex!!!
