Since before moving in, I started having issues with the apartments. First of all they gave me an apartment that was dirty, needed repairs, and was not move-in ready. When I complained, the girl at the desk came over to the apartment with Windex to try and clean it up which didn't solve the problem because it needed a lot more than just Windex. When I asked to be given another apartment, I was told that another one was not availalbe. They have stupid policies in place to make sure that they don't have to give you any money back when you move out....even if your apartment is clean. I too wanted to break my lease but they said that it would cost me close to $2,000 to break the lease and when you try calling their corporate offices, no one aswers and you can't get a straight answer from anyone. I cannot believe that they are still in business, well actually I can because they give everyone that wants to complaint the run around so that they get tired of calling and finally give up. I for one am not one of them. I will continue to try to get in touch with someone and if I do I will share the information with all of you who are unhappy and would like to file a complaint. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Please write to Gary Harper at 3 TV on your side. I wrote to him about Alante and how they charged bogus charges in an attempt to keep some of my deposit. They won't return the money that they say they DO owe me.....

I LIVE HERE AND WHAT A DUMP DONT GO INTO THE POOL OR HOT TUB SWIN IN YOUR TOILET ITS CLEANER THE MAINT DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST THEY TOLD ME TO DEFROST MY FRROST FREE REFER STILL NOT WORKING THE DRYER TAKES 2 HOURS TO DRY ANY THING IF FEEL YOUR PAIN PS THE LIST GOES ON AND ON

I just saw on the news that this complex is owned by the Bethany Group which has now stopped paying its bills and Alante is one of the complexes now in foreclosure. I feel bad for all the residents who will be forced to move or make other arrangements. It also must be hard on the employees who apparently haven't been paid for weeks.
