I wasn't to sure bout movin to this place once i read what people had wrote here but, i couldn't beat the price. i needed to live in chandler cuz of my kids school.
i've lived here for bout 3 months now. i've only had one thing break in my house and the maintenance man came right over and fixed it. my first month of paying rent i forgot how much i had to pay and the ladies in the office were real nice to tell me how much i owed. i can't say that i've found anything wrong with this place.

Of course they were "real nice", they wanted your money!!! Again, wait until you try to get your deposit back!!!

i heard there was problems with the old people that had owned it. bethany group..but these are new management. can't let all old things that have happened to you keep you angry. i'm sure my family and i will be just fine here. my deposit was waived so i have no worries. good luck to you
