I loved this place... until Bethany Group fell apart...

When looking online, this complex was way out of my price range and did not show up in my original searches. I happen to stop in on a drive by and it was perfect. The market rent of $820 was lowered to $685. There's a gym (though not 24 hours) and full size washer/dryer in unit with it's own laundry room. The unit itself was very spacious. The complex is clean and quiet.
Then the Bethany Group our property management, disappeared as everyone saw on the news. Compared to the other Bethany properties, this complex is far beyond the nicest one and it's a shame it's now under MEB. Because so many people left because of the mess, rent is even lower which is a good thing and a bad thing. If rent is too low, you can get a different class of people and this complex will change not particularly for the better. Supposedly my $685 apartment is now $570 (I was only offered $635 to renew my lease).
I'm hoping this complex will get back to way it was. There's been some changes in staff but sadly the same office manager is still in charge. She is very rude and yells at her staff in front of customers and potential leasers. Not appropriate.
