Ok i moved in a year ago and was actually very happy for my first month...then all the wheels fell off. The Front office is the worst run place i have ever seen. Cherl or however you spell her name would not even give me a reciept for my rent and they are keeping all my deposit money. This i do not understand, because they sent me a letter saying if there is any damage then there are very lofty fees. according to my original lease thats what my deposit was for. They change our water all the time because they dont pay the bills and have to switch. The manager once yelled at me and was swearing in front of samll children and future renters. For about Four months they did not clean the pools, cut any grass or on a basic level give a ---- about anybody but them selves. the thing that got me was how they complained that they were not getting payed during the forclosure, because they all live there and i am 100 percent positive they dont pay rent.......and ps to all the people who stick up for alante ---- off..i am entitled to my own opinion so just give yours and everybody should stop arguing about other peoples posts......you people probably work for this place...alante at the islands puts more effort into making it seem like they are being wronged than carring for there tennants..!!!!!!!!!!!
