Police believe three separate incidents, the most recent on Wednesday, involving a predator and young girls, could be related. A sexual assault, an attempted sexual assault and a suspicious person on three separate occasions all involving girls from ages 11 to 15 produced a similar suspect sketch, police said. "They're both multi-family housing areas and they are both in the morning time before school," said Sgt. Rick Griner, a Chandler police spokesman. "The victims were close in age and the descriptions of the suspect are close."

Two of the incidents were at the same apartment complex at 1320 N. McQueen Road, police said. But Griner said police still don't have physical evidence to link the following crimes:

A man sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl early Wednesday in her apartment, police said. The man forced his way into the apartment at 7:10 a.m. at 1320 N. McQueen Road near Knox Road as the girl opened the door to leave for school, police said. The man reportedly brandished a weapon then forcefully sexually assaulted her. He left at 7:40 a.m., taking items from the home, police said."

Anybody considering living at Autumn Creek should consider this information before moving in.
