We did not feel safe, and cited that reason for leaving - the back parking lot was filled with thugs, at all hours. Grounds were nice, but gardners began work way too early in the morning. Office staff was okay - but work orders were constantly lost, and had to be refiled. A perpetual ant problem that was never remedied, and alot of maintenance issues. Loud music constantly, and bratty kids yelling all day. Swimming pool always overrun with kids. Laundry Room in horrible comdition, and residents do not follow "2 washers at a time" rule, taking them all up for on family. Soda machines never worked.
