Apartments are spacious and pretty new, and the prices are reasonable. The two main problems, as mentioned by earlier posters, are crime and the management team. Biscayne Bay is at the edge of a pretty bad section of town and cars do get stolen on a regular basis. Management is dreadful -- stupid, indifferent to customer service, and ever-rotating. With so many new complexes being built, you can probably do better somewhere else.

i used to work there and also lived there and I really dont think that it is at the edge of a bad neiborhood i mean it is chandler not durango...i kinda resent the fact that during that time you felt that the management was morons i know that i tried all i could to help everyone. i can't speak for it now that was a few years ago.
