Started great with Spanos managing, but when the property was sold it went downhill. New mgmt is indifferent or worse for tenants to deal with. Pet owners don't pick up waste regularly. LOTS of auto thefts (mine one of them). Cheap cabinets (our veneer peeled off in big strips) and cheap counters (scratched and stained easily). Our carpet was worn and frayed within the first year, with regular use and care. But in spite of the cheap materials and poor service, it was spacious and in spite of all of it, we did enjoy our time there.
