When we first toured the apartment we were very pleased with what we saw.
The staff seem friendly and helpfull, but things changed rapidly once we moved in.
Floor plans are nice, but you find out that all the materials used are very cheap.
The carpet and lanolium is the worst i have ever seem.
Also, construction seems to be very cheap.
Talk about paper thin walls.
We could hear our neighbors all the time, the T.V., the stereo, the phone, using the bathroom, we even heared our neighbor sneez.
Our neighbors would always blast the music and T.V., and after several complaints to the management team, nothing was done.
Roach and cricket problems exist.
Pet owners do not clean after their pets.
Trees are always falling over and it takes forever for someone to remove them.
Maintenance always takes a few days before they come over to fix something, and its almost never fixed right.
Our garage was broken into.
The management team is trying to have some kind of party for the tenants, but instead, I would like to see them take some customer service classes and learn to be a more sufficent and helpful representative to this community.
All we wanted was a safe and quite place with a friendly and helpful staff to call home.
