I would recommend this place to friends..overall, it is a very nice place and the office staff are very friendly, they are not too willing to work with you on some things, but that is because their bosses are schmucks...other than that, there are a few things that could be improved and they slowly but surely are taking care of them....i would like my cabinets to be fixed and the upgraded light fixtures like they showed in the model, but i can do without...the prices are a bit ridiculous but compared to houses, it's a little bit better.
