The apartments are nice with a roomy feel inside, and the layouts are friendly enough. The master bedroom needs more closet space. Parking is ok. Neighbors are quiet. The pool/hot tub closes at 11pm (10:50pm if no ones in the pool) which is pointless if you work late, but the gym sauna and raquet ball court are open 24hrs. Also the hot tub is way too heavily chlorinated.

The office staff will pretend to care at first, but later if you have a problem, they are quick act rude or snyde. I've worked in customer service my whole life and have never talked to a customer the way they treat me and many of my neighbors. For example I presented a problem to them with a possible solution to the problem, and instead of showing empathy they just laughed in my face and told me they cant fix the problem, and it was against policy. They are very rude all in all.
