I'm not sure what people expect from apartments, but it's funny to read reviews of those who are furious with minor details. I realize that unfortunate things happen wherever you live, but Biscayne Bay has been a wonderful place to live. The facilities are only a few years old, applicances are relatively new, and the complex ammenities have been very reliable. I would recommend the complex to anyone looking for an upscale apartment. The complex staff has been helpful, but then again, we haven't been complaining every month about a new problem. The problems which we have encountered have been resolved quickly, and the location is great.
