I lived in this apatment complex for one year while my house was being built and I must admit I was not impressed. The grounds were often left in poor condition, my parking space was around the block from where my apartment was located, and the walls were so thin that I could hear my neighbors talking to one another in bed.
As far as my experience with the staff well that's the major heart burn. At every turn there seemed to be some sort of oversight in the billing process wherein I would be overcharged. As a result of this I had to check every bill I received from them to make sure I wasn't being overcharged, not a good feeling when you don't trust your landlord's to have your best interest in mind.
After leaving they also tried to charge me for a carpet cleaning bill of $50 as well as water bills from 2 previous months and a water bill for December and I moved out in November. Needless to say they either have some serious organization problems or they are very suspect.
Renter beware......

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR MY WATER BILL WHEN I MOVED OUT, THEY TOOK IT OUT OF MY DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID IT. BUT I DECIDED TO PAY IT AGAIN THE STUPID 17 DOLLARS AS LONG AS I DIDN'T HAVE TO SEE THAT MANAGER EVER AGAIN.
