I have lived in this complex for 2 1/2 years and in the time.I have had an assault on my front porch there was blood ever where,staff did not care, I have had the word ------ put on my front door, staff did not care. One night the Fire alarm went off in the apartment for 3 hr you should have heard the helpless dogs the were in the Apartments crying I never want to hear that again, did not even get an apolgy from the staff.Not to mention that this complex has a very,very high car barkein and theft's, you will also find alot of stolen cars parked here. There was also a murder suicide here in 1166. people wanted to leve because they did not feel safe the staff tried to bully some in to staying with law suite's,ya right.. I have found racial and antisemite drawing by the mail box.But this is the best part if for any reson you need to brake your lease you are going to pay $2,500 pluse anything they gave you off your rent, you also have to give them a 60 day notice if you dont give them 60 day notice they will charge you $30.00 a day untill you do.. and any thing that is not fixed before you leve they are going to charge you. So for your money you can here the people in the apartment above you do every thing the wall's a parper thin.. Do you your self a favor and and rent a house you are going to pay the same amount and have less BS I am going to post the pic's from the assault.
