The maintenance staff is extremely incompetent.
When they finally get around to fix a minor problem you have, you will need to call them back a few times.
I had a plumbing problem, and after the third visit from the "maintenance supervisor" I demanded that a professional plumber be called out.
When they came, the guy was laufing and said that he gets called out to fix all the problems the maintenence staff tries to fix and makes worse.
Roto Rooter was called out, and fixed my problem in 1/2 hour.
I seriously regret signing a contract here.
