I've called and left messages four times in the past three months to find out what my rent would be less the credits that were due to me. Nothing, not even a simple call back. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. The fact they would delete my messages leads me to believe all they care about is filling the apartments, not taking care of the people who live here. I have to send a complaint letter to their corporate headquarters to have someone do their job. How sad is that.
