Rent goes up, quality goes down. Staff extremely unhelpful-messages and requests GET LOST REPEATEDLY. Always need to call 3-5 times to request maintenance for anything. Most patios and walkways are littered w/ pigeon droppings that Biscayne Bay REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT-bird droppings are very unsanitary, you'd think it would be more of an issue to them-this IS living space YOU PAY FOR that is disgusting because of this! Landscaping is POOR, trees/bushes are trimmed only when you can no longer manuever around/under them. Common areas/walkways/parking lots are all terribly littered, but no one cleans them. Pool areas are frequently locked/closed w/o notice or reason. Spa is rarely hot! Grass areas are filled with dog poop that tenants leave behind and landscapers simply mow right over. Stinks-GROSS! Poorly lit at night-not very safe. Used to be nice a couple yrs ago when we moved in, but has GONE DOWNHILL SINCE THEN.
