I would just like to say that this is a beautiful and clean place. I transfered jobs to the Chandler/Gilbert area in September and a friend of mine lived here and recomended that I look at the place. I have now been here for 4 months and have nothing but wonderful things to say not only about the apartment and the property but the people that work in the office. They are all very friendly and professional. I'm not sure about other tenants here but I have never had any problems with getting a maintenance man over, infact I have only had to request something to be fixed once and it was done the same day. Overall I have enjoyed living here and should my assignment continue, I will most likely be signing another lease.
