I have lived here since oct 2006, since then I have moved into a few unit for various reasons.
Then I tried to buy out my lease to find out it was $4000.
Like typical apartments that charge 2 months rent, they do not, they charge you everything under the sun and your first born.
Becareful.
Make sure that you can afford the entire lease.
If you have a job dont lose it.
They dont care.
Roommates dont get them, again they dont care.
Problems dont have them again they dont care.
If the office staff likes you, they treat you like a star, if they dont, good luck getting anything out of them, even a smile.
The new girl Karen or barb, the larger lady, well she needs to go right back to where she came from.
Hospitality is treating people with respect, not talking down to them with your attitude.
Rain is a great addition to their team and should be running that place, hope is awesome always willing to assist.
My lease is up in a few months and I will probably go to another complex that works with their residents and care about them.

Apparently they like you, the rest of us are treated like crap. I've been waiting since Nov to have some simple repairs, 2 phones, emails and a manager letter and nothing...
The treat people right comment goes both ways. There's no excuse for poor customer service..

I agree with you, I use to live there, Hope is the only nice person there. They others have no customer services training, they also don't do repairs in a timely manner and above all their manager Roxanne is the rudest manger i have everknow, she won't even refer to me, by my name she keeps calling me little girl. They also don't work with people on their leases. HORIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.
