i liked living here. sometimes people would be loud outside at night but they were friendly and it didn't happen a lot. most people complain about things that you will/can get at any apt.! Most of the time maintenance was prompt and other times we had to call a few times but they were always friendly. the kids at the complex didn't seem to have parents and destroyed things but that by any fault of the complex. we had cockroaches but thats not uncommon. now at our new place we have scorpions. (the palms at augusta ranch in mesa) i miss the area and am looking to move back close to there just not at biscayne because our family has grown and we can't afford the 2 bedrooms. No major problems. i don't think it would be a mistake to move in here. then again everyone has a different story and oppinion!

I lived here for about two years. The worst management company ever. The office staff especially the manager is rude and maintenance is always understaffed. They keep promising everything and nothing gets done. No one in the office is competent. I just handed in my keys hand delivered mind you and someone was calling me to see if we moved out yet. Roaches oh excuse me sewer bugs galore. Noting gets fixed unless it is two weeks later. People rotating in and out of here because great promises are made and nothing gets done. Run and run fast away from here. Leaks and mold issues out of control thats why I had two apartments in less than two years. I was on my way to another apartment complex when I drove by this one and I should have kept on driving. I will rember this complex and its owners waterton residential to never in any state or any country .. never again rent where they own and I will pass the word on to as many people as I care about.
