I had absolutely no problems when I lived here. I had an ant problem at one time, but that was fixed right away. As well as the sink clogging, but they fixed that right away too. I loved how the bedrooms were very spacious. There was a nice mix of people living there, young college students, 30 somethings, and older people as well. Never heard people on other side of the wall, even lived next to some younger kids that were usually loud, but never heard them. Not sure why people had issues with management'' Honestly, why would you need to speak with them, except on the rare occassion. Would definitely recommend!
