My Family lived here for just over 8 months. WE had a 2 bedroom townhome which was a great floorplan for us. Sarah the assitant Manager was always very pleasant, helpful and sincere in her work.(you can tell becasue I recall her name 8 months after moving out!)
The price was excellent for the growing area so near the 101 and the new Chandler Fashion Center Mall.
The maintence staff was efficent and nice and always did a good timely job. It would be nice to have more then one covered parking spot and if I had my choice all lawm maintenace should be done in the late morning hours rather then at the peak of dawn. However if thats what it took to have sucha beautiful home then the 15 mins they were near our apt wasnt so bad.

We were helped out tons by staff when the house we were buying closed sooner then our lease was up, which would have meant hundreads of dollars in breaking fees. However the staff helped us to get it re rented so we were not responsible for those charges.

Over all this was a great place to live and if we didnt need a bigger place to accomadate our growing family (we are a family of 5 now) Then we would still be living there today.
