OK, but NOT QUIET

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The good: Clean, well kept units...friendly and helpful staff, good location, reasonable rent.
The bad: Noise. The walls are ridiculously thin. If your neighbor snores, you'll hear it. Noise from the outside is bad too- kids rampaging through the property, smokers hacking their lungs out, morons who think the entire complex needs to hear their phone conversation. And don't plan on hanging around at home on Thursdays, the guy with the leaf blower will be patrolling the grounds for SIX HOURS...making an unbearable noise and filling the air with dust and gasoline fumes while accomplishing absolutely nothing. Who needs a leaf blower in Phoenix' Sheesh.
